We expanded our authorship of methodologies in training solutions and performance monitoring and measurement tools. We produced tangible evidence of improvement in our clients' businesses, being pioneers in Latam in reaching that level.
They were difficult years due to a growth crisis in the company and external factors in the global economy, which generated instability and the need to reorganize.
